Since 1991, as StoneWorks Strategic Consulting, we've partnered with some terrific clients to make their organizations more and more effective. The results have been very exciting.

Along the way, we've had to continually enhance our own capabilities so that we can continue to help our clients increase theirs. Finally, we thought it was time for a new name and a new "look," so now we're Stone + Company.

We thank our clients for their help and loyalty, and look forward to continuing as partners on our journey toward excellence. As much as we continue to change and grow, our commitment to helping our clients achieve their most critical objectives will never waver.

ASTD International Conference & Exposition 

Laura Stone, principal of Stone + Company, and Elizabeth LaPierre, Senior Consultant, will be attending and presenting a full-day pre-conference work session, “Redefine Strategy from the Inside Out.”   This workshop is designed to produce sustainable change for participants and to prime them to think about strategy in a personal and tangible way.

The American Society for Training & Development (ASTD) is the world’s largest association dedicated to workplace learning and performance professionals.  More than 9,000 participants from 70 countries are expected to attend this year’s conference. Ms. Stone and Ms. LaPierre are honored to be involved in this year’s conference, and will be contributing to the conference theme of programs and initiatives that demonstrate measurable business impact and results, as well as leading-edge information as relates to learning and performance. WorldatWork Total Rewards Conference & Exhibition 

Jack Dolmat-Connell, President of DolmatConnell and Partners (www.dolmatconnell.com), and Laura Stone, principal of Stone + Company, will be in California in May for the 2006 WorldatWork conference.  Their presentation, “The Intersection of Strategy, Emotional Connection and Executive Compensation:  A New Paradigm for Driving Increased Performance,” is an exploration of the link between corporate strategy, executive compensation, and the emotional quotient.
