The Team AlignMap
The Team AlignMap is a team planning session designed to use Focus Finder feedback, pride and collaboration to build genuine commitment to a strategic plan in support of the organization’s goals. Usually held off-site, this three-day meeting is designed to meet your specific needs in order to develop strategic themes and deliver a game plan. We concentrate on your next six to twelve months while also looking out longer term, such as the next three to five years.
The meeting is specifically designed to draw out strategic discussions from your team to surface issues, strengthen their common purpose, and identify clear, focused priorities. Your team works together to validate and draw insights from relevant data gathered in The Focus Finder prior to the offsite. The result is stronger alignment within the team, clearer organizational strategy, and a culture of greater accountability. It is not until your team puts in their own sweat equity will they feel true ownership of the plan.
Strategic by-products of the Team AlignMap include knowledge sharing, fortified relationships, and increased trust among team members and their leader. The output of the meeting can be a multi-dimensional game plan for your next six-to-twelve months. You will be prepared to manage the time and resources required to accomplish your desired results and this clarity will enable you to articulate your ideas, gain feedback and input, and thus influence strategic stakeholders and partners.
