The Exec AlignMap
A two month process of one-on-one strategic partnership and focus for the leader. This includes up to three half-day sessions to create the leader’s Exec AlignMap game plan, then unlimited coaching support and follow up meetings as needed.
We concentrate on your next six to twelve months while also looking out longer term, such as the next three to five years. This enables you to plan for the short-term with long-term strategic planning in mind. By working with an experienced planning strategist, you will better understand how the pieces of your unique situation fit together in a multi-dimensional manner. We will help you develop strategic themes and make sense of multiple levels, such as people, issues, key milestones and results needed. Identifying what will make you proud is a feature of this process, as pride is the emotional component that differentiates the good from the great leaders.
The output is your Exec AlignMap - a multi-dimensional game plan template for your next six to twelve months. In addition to the game plan, you will be equipped with a realistic anticipation of the time and if appropriate, the resources required to accomplish your desired results. This clarity will enable you to articulate your ideas, gain feedback and input, and thus influence strategic stakeholders and partners. As a result, you will be more confident and prepared for your next steps.
