Strategic Health Survey
The Strategic Health Survey is a web-based survey used to quickly and efficiently inventory team members’ perspectives on strategy development, organizational effectiveness, delivering results, strategy execution alignment, working as a leadership team and individual performance. This survey is typically employed as part of the Focus Finder process, but can be a stand alone assessment tool. There are three different options to choose from: baseline, comprehensive, and measuring success, depending on the level of depth desired.
Depending on which option is chosen, the deliverable for this assessment tool includes graphical representations of the data, section summaries to provide a quick understanding of the data per section, and an executive summary that provides overall insights from the data and recommendations for moving forward.
