The Quarterly Strategy Series
The Quarterly Strategy Series is the next sequence to the Exec AlignMap for the leader to maintain strategic focus, momentum and progress. We partner and provide unlimited coaching support and follow up over a three month period. Like with the Exec AlignMap, our continued focus is to help you become more aware of your successes and strengths, build on them, refine goals and results, and plan for achieving your strategic outcomes.
We will help funnel your thinking and planning for the long-term, so your short-term aligns strongly – making you more efficient and effective in your leadership. Having a trusted external resource will allow you to fully explore your own assumptions and situation without risk to your reputation or career. This follow up series spans a period of three months and the sessions range on an average of two to four hours. Agendas are customized to your unique situation to continually assess progress along the way.
