The ExecTeam AlignMap
The ExecTeam AlignMap is two months of strategic partnership and focus for two to four core “executive” team members. This includes up to three half-day sessions to create the ExecTeam AlignMap game plan, then unlimited coaching support and follow up as needed.
Executives who are expected to align and work together face unique challenges and opportunities, and the ExecTeam AlignMap is designed to surface and address both. As with the Exec AlignMap, the focus is on the next six to twelve months while simultaneously extending our vision out to the next three to five years, to ensure thinking and planning is done for the short-term with a long-term strategic planning backdrop.
The output of our work is customized to your unique needs and will include a multi-dimensional game plan for your next six to twelve months and essential strategies to maintain momentum. In addition, you will be equipped with a realistic anticipation of the time and resources required to accomplish your desired results and this clarity will enable you to articulate your ideas, gain feedback and input, and thus influence strategic stakeholders and the rest of your team. As a result, you will be more aligned, confident and prepared for your next steps.
