Team Quarterly Strategy Series
The Team Quarterly Strategy Series is the next sequence to the ExecTeam AlignMap for the team to maintain strategic focus, momentum and progress. We provide follow up coaching and implementation support for a team over a three month period in service of their strategic game plan.
Coaching support is uniquely designed to complement the leader and team. Examples of support include: leadership team meeting observation and feedback, meeting design, and one-on-one team member consultation related to the strategic game plan. Agendas are customized to your team’s unique situation to continually assess progress along the way. As a result, your team is better able to be more strategic and maintain strategic momentum – thus maximizing your investment in the Team AlignMap progression.
